Over. 5" of rain last night..
after the water receded part of the dirt under the road had washed away. It's fixed now.
Occasionally after a big huge rain or big snow melt the water will come up to fast to drain away. A creek runs between the guard rails above. It was a huge Water day. All the expressways in the area were closed for all or part of the day.. Cars under water and floating around apt. complexes, basements flooded, and boat rescues of many residents in the area. I'm so glad that the rain stopped and the water has receded.
